部署到java web上后客户端如何访问

我在尝试自带的demo， windows下将自带的AnyChatCallCenter4SpringMVC部署到Tomcat服务器上了， web的访问路径如下:http://localhost:8080/any/ 然后控制台一直输出..still running, press 'q' to exit...  用网页访问什么都不显示， android客户端又该如何连接呢？  IP地址我填的服务器的IP地址， 端口是默认的8906  但是连接不上  请问该怎么做呢。。？？？
