关于surface内置摄像头支持问题

如题，前一段时间在你们的帮助下解决了surface中摄像头分辨率的问题，现在我们的软件在客户处部署测试中，发现用内置摄像头有画面延迟的情况，延迟大概3秒，换了个外接摄像头就没有延迟了，请问会是什么原因，是anychat对surface内置的摄像头支持的不好吗？

请问surface内置摄像头是必然延迟，还是偶然延迟吗？发生画面延迟时，有没有检查过当时的网络状况呢？另外，请将使用内置摄像头时的客户端日志贴上来分析一下。

你好，谢谢回复我的问题，是每次都延迟。带宽没有问题，我换了usb外接摄像头就没有延迟现象。

您好，您可以尝试修改分辨率，帧率，降低一些，看是否能有改善？

您好，看你视频参数设置都是最优模式，建议您码率（bitrate）设置为1000~1500Kbps,quality:3,preset:3,fps:10~15

你好，我们客户要求的视频传输要达到高清1080P分辨率，所以参数设置都是最优化的，测试时换成外接摄像头时就没有延迟了，同样的配置参数。

您好，码率请不要设置为0，设置为1000~1500kbps为宜，测试时内置摄像头会延迟有可能是码率过大原因造成的。
