三星4412开发板，深圳荣品出， 用三星S4手机和华为手机测试都正常，但公司要求用定制的手持设备。

您好，可能是摄像头的参数与开发板的驱动不匹配造成的，通常是开发板的驱动存在缺陷，不支持某些视频分辩率的采集（AnyChat默认是320x240），建议您修改视频分辩率（如：640x480等）再进行测试。

所有的分辨率都测试过了，还是不行，自带测拍照和摄像是没有问题的。
