2018-10-31 支持iOS 12.1版本，满足AppStore最新审核要求

AnyChat r7889版本针对最新发布的iOS 12.1版本进行适配和优化。

AnyChat新版本在兼容旧的iOS版本的同时，利用iOS 12.1所提供的新特性，提升视频通话质量，降低电池消耗，运行速度更快。

建议所有老版本均升级，因为Apple要求在2019年3月开始提交到AppStore的应用程序均需要支持iOS 12.1，否则将审核不予通过。

目前在提交APP审核时，会提示警告信息：

2. WARNING ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS 11.3 SDK. Starting March 2019, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 12.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 10.1 or later."
